At St. Peter's it all begins at the table.

At the table we are greeted with familiarity, regaled in nostalgia, bought to tears by others' pain, and revived back to life by the grace of God. As our lives revolve around the tables in our own homes, our lives at St. Peter's revolve around the Eucharist. We are beginning our 183rd year around the table, and looking forward to the next 183 years to come.

Mo. Chris Brannock, Rector

is a native of Kingsport, TN. She is an alumna of The General Theological Seminary, NY, where she also returned for further graduate studies in Liturgy and the Arts of the Early Church. Prior to moving to Paris Chris served in congregations in the Dioceses of East Tennessee and Vermont. "Some of the many reasons I love St. Peter's are that the community is so alive, embodies joy, and is fearless. I am passionate about my vocations as artist and priest, and for my family, here in KY, and abroad."

Owen Sammons, Parish Coordinator, Organist

is a native of Louisville, KY. He is in his 10th year on staff at St. Peter’s, and is thrilled to have seen two capital campaigns to completion - including the renovation and augmentation of our pipe organ. Mr. Sammons gains his reputation by means of improvisation and musical virtuosity. His extemporaneous talents on both organ and piano have been featured at the Paul Rusch Festival in Kiyosato, Japan, a European choral tour through Italy and France, and the highly notable Piccolo Spoleto Festival in Charleston, SC. Mr. Sammons was also the live accompanist for the Stephen Foster Story in Bardstown, KY for years. Mr. Sammons is also an honorary member of the Black Classical Artists of Louisville: a touring company of classical musicians focused on promoting the art of the Negro Spiritual, and a member of the Lexington chapter of the American Guild of Organists.
