I tried this place for the first time today. The lady that checked mein insulted meby doubting that myreal nails were mine and not acrylic. The lady that did mypolish change and dip was rough and seemed tobe ina hurry. When she filed mynails toremove the old powder she dug the drill into mynatural nail damaging them now and Ihave worked super hard tohave health nails. Mynails are not all the same length and the French part isn't even either. For the price Ipaid Ishould not have tocome home and try and make them look better. Iwill not returning under any circ*mstance.… – show

I hadn't gotten mynails done inforever and was excited tocome toSprings Nails, all ofthe reviews and pictures were promising. Myfingers were filed into during shaping, the acrylic isso thick, and the edges were ignored during painting. Iguess Igot the short end ofthe stick

Brian did mynails, dip powder, purple base with white sparkle onthe tips. They are GORGEOUS. The shape isperfect and Brian was absolutely meticulous inhis work. I’ve been looking for that perfect nail salon for the last four years inthe springs. Ifinally foundit. Bryan, sorry, you’re stuck withme. Soincredibly happy and pleased. Photo does not begin toshow how bright and perfect theyare!

Went inwith myspouse for pedicures. Tech providing service asked what wewould behaving done. Itold her the general pedicures. She asked again, pointing tothe upcharge pedicures. Itold her againNO, just regular pedicures.” She did not listen and gave myspouse the upcharged pedicure. Then, proceeded totell myspouse while chuckling atme, saying Iwasmad. Mypedicure was good, and sowas myspouses. The nail tech was acon and unprofessional. Iwill never return again!!!

I really liked this place the first few times, but mylast visit was not great): mynail tech wasn’t very friendly and was FaceTiming someone during myappointment. She didn’t dowhat Iasked for and one nail broke the nextday. I’ve had myacrylics onfor one week and I’m already missing three nails. Inever get mynails done and I’m super bummed that they didn’t even last aweek with how much Ipaid.

First time customer and Icouldn’t bemore happy! Byfar the best pedicure that mysister, brother and Ieverhad!! Brian was mytechnician and his attention todetail, skill, professionalism, and friendliness were superb!! Brian then spoiled mynails with anincredible Dip that’s sofestive for the Holidays!!
