Today was my first time visiting the salon. Everyone seemed very nice. Chloe did my nails. She is a perfectionist for sure. Appointment ran longer than I anticipated, but she took her time to make sure everything was perfect. The salon was very clean. I will definitely come back.

I've only been one time, I had Celine,, she did a good job on my manicure,,I would go back,, my daughter had a gentleman, can't remember his name, but she was very satisfied with her nails also. She had tips put on.

My friend and I went here for her 21st birthday and had the worst time. I scheduled an appointment for 12pm for this Sunday the 10th, I scheduled about a week beforehand so I'm just assuming this place has no punctuality. We waited for 15 minutes for the pedicure, their feet scrubbers were absolutely DISGUSTING and never seen any time of wash before, they made my friends toe bleed because the girl was pushing so hard on her nail, and they ended up up charging my friend for gel polish without any information, all that was said was " Do you want gel?" We don't get our nails done often so we had no idea. The guy, I'm assuming the owner, who did my nails did them all within literally 60 seconds and didn't put a top coat and ended up getting his fingerprints all in it. Also in our appointment was acrylic nails which they made us wait 15 minutes for, and when we decided that was ridiculous and unprofessional we decided to just leave and all of a sudden they had something open, but we declined.
I understand the convenience of walk-ins, but don't let there be an option of appointment if you're going to be treated as a walk-in anyways. If I knew that before, I would've gone somewhere more punctual and professional. All the workers in there act way to prestigious for the low quality work. This is 110% just a business to do a half -a** job so they can steal your money. 10/10 never come here

I came here because, after some research, this salon seemed like it would be a good replacement for my regular pedicure spot. I especially liked that it's a veteran-owned and managed salon since in always happy to support our vets.
I showed up on time for my appointment and waited about 20 minutes before I was seen. I selected the Aroma Pedicure which, according to their materials, is supposed to be a 45-50 minute pedicure, complete with 18 minutes of massage, and a selection of scents (Jasmine, Cherry Blossom, and Lavender). I was never given the option of selecting a scent and the entire pedicure lasted 40 minutes (which was surprising since it was supposed to be a minimum of 45 minutes). Once done, my pedicurist got up and left.
I walked to the front of the salon to pay and waited for another 5 minutes before I was addressed. My pedicurist had left my station and started on someone else and only came to ring me out when one of the manicurists at the front of the store called him over. I don't know if I caught them on a bad day since I had high expectations based off of the other reviews. Either way, I liked what my pedicure looked like but my experience wasn't in line with what I was looking for, so my search for my new salon continues.
